What Scoutly verified

Code and file locations were checked against JAR Template v1.2.0 at commit 0e8c9ce. The extension install was checked on macOS arm64 with VS Code 1.135.0, VEX Robotics 0.8.2026020401, and VEX Robotics Feedback 0.2.9. Windows installation and the final physical V5 robot run still require verification on the student's own setup.
